Pricing questions
- Can I start with one app and add the other later?
- Yes. Move from Hub or Stock to Complete whenever you're ready — your existing data carries over and the connected features switch on.
- How is a site defined?
- A site is one property or building with its own assets and store rooms. Groups running several properties get a multi-site rate.
- What currency am I billed in?
- Subscriptions are billed in euro (EUR). You can view indicative prices in other currencies on this page, but invoices and card charges are always in EUR.
- Is there a contract?
- Plans are billed monthly by default and you can cancel at any time. Annual billing is available with a discount of around 15%, giving you almost two months free each year.
- How do upgrades and downgrades work?
- You can change plans from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and any unused time is credited pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- How do I cancel?
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. After cancelling, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then stops renewing automatically.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We don't offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Contact us if you believe there's been a billing error.
- Are any features charged as extras?
- No. Every feature in the app is covered by the subscription you sign up for — the plan you choose sets the scope, and there are no per-feature add-ons, usage fees or premium modules on top.
- What about onboarding and data import?
- Complete plans include guided onboarding with asset and stock imports. We can also help Hub and Stock customers on request.
